Rick's Gin - Hemels grachtenwater Amsterdam

Distilling in copper stills

Our gin is distilled in small batches. All our high-quality ingredients are chosen during a strict selection. We always start with a neutral grain alcohol.

And then we add different ingredients, first of all the juniper berry. To extract as much flavor and aroma as possible from each ingredient, all ingredients are distilled separately in our copper still.

After all the different distillates are ready, they are brought together to further perfect the blending during a "marriage period" of several weeks. Together they form the uniquely composed flavor pallet of Etiënne Haringa and Rick Triest.

The taste palette of artist Rick Triest and master distiller Etiënne Haringa.

Rick's Gin is a clear gin from Vijfhuizen near Amsterdam. The aroma that emerges in the nose are floral notes of Orange Blossom, Vanilla & Fennel Seed. You taste a taste of sweet orange and clove accompanied by a smooth long finish of floral and botanical hints. This gin reminds you of old-fashioned delights with a modern touch.

"The Perfect Serve"

Rick Triest Exhibits regularly in catering establishments and has therefore devised 'The perfect Serve' in which his gin is central. A Gin Tonic concept that matches the ambiance of his exhibition. Senses are unexpectedly stimulated and provide a harmonious experience between Ambiance, Art and Heavenly Canal Water.
